Unable to reset simplenote account password via self service link, NEED HELP

    Hello,
    I urgently need to reset my Account password (because I cannot login to the simplenote web access, stating
    “This password has appeared in a data breach, which puts your account at high risk of compromise. To protect your data, you’ll need to update your password before being able to log in again. “

    I wanted to do so and reset my password.
    I tried with
    https://app.simplenote.com/reset/
    and
    https://app.simplenote.com/forgot/

    I am NOT able to receive the Mail for the password reset Link. No Mail from Simplenote is arriving at my inbox.

    I can click on the button to send a password reset link, but I NEVER received an email.

    I already had a support conversation with @tamiratb / Tamirat Birhanu and via (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    He sent me a password reset link which I could not use because I checked the mail too late and the link was expired.

    Could you please send me a password reset link again to my associated email address (email visible only to moderators and staff)?

    We’ve responded via email and sent a new link.

    I see that you responded in another thread about this topic, opened this thread, and we have the open email thread.

    I’m going to close this thread so that we can handle this over email. It’s much more efficient if we keep the conversation to one place.

    Unfortunately I DID NOT receive an email from you to my mail account.
    Could you please send a password reset link again?
    (I assume my mail provider is blocking mails from simplenote, I will try to contact the provider as well)

    Hi @etherealmirror –

    I have sent the link again.

    If you don’t receive it, I’d also suggest looking in your spam and/or any filters you may have configured.

    If it still doesn’t appear, you will need to reach out to your provider to make sure they aren’t blocking mail from Simplenote.com
