  Sir,

I am registered with email id: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

Since two days, I am unable to login to my account. If I try with link or with code, I get some errors. Please see the screenshot.

  Thanks,

  Girish

Hi. Have you tried “login manually”, which will let you enter the password?

If you’re having trouble with the Simplenote app, could you try accessing app.simplenote.com in a browser?

If you’re having trouble with a mobile device, could you try connecting via WiFi? Different carriers may have different routes to the Simplenote servers.

  Hi @gpmirji,

I’ve reached out to the email address associated with your forum account with next steps. Please be on the lookout for an email from Simplenote support (please check spam!)
