My notes has vanished, pls somebody help me, it had lot of important notes

Lost notes can usually be found either in the Trash or in the history of an existing note. We recommend checking the trash and revisions in whichever app you use the most, as well as the web app at https://app.simplenote.com. You’ll want to sort the notes by the last modified date from the app settings before you start checking.
It’s worth restoring notes from the Trash so you can view their history. Pay particular attention to any blank notes you can see or titles you don’t recognize.
To search the history, open a note and click the clock icon at the top, then move the slider.
Also, use the search field to check for content that may have been in the note. We don’t recommend just searching for the title, as we’ve seen people have trouble finding notes when accidentally deleting or changing the title text.

I checked trash, nothing was there. It’s just a blank HomePage on screen. All my notes are gone, pls help me, can you help me from your side? I’ve been using Simplenote for Five Years and this was never happened before, I was signed in and synced. But now everything is gone. Pls help me, there were lot of notes with some important credentials.

Hi. Just for clarity, what device/computer were you using Simplenote on? Were you using the Simplenote app on that device, or were you using the web app in a browser? Do you have Simplenote apps on more than one device/comluter?
What do you think might have caused loss of the notes? OS update, app update, device crash, power failure, network failure, etc.?

I’m using Simple Note app in my android mobile since 2020. I’ve never used webapp in browser cause I didn’t need it, I’ve never used it on Multiple Devices, only on my mobile device.
i don’t know what caused the notes loss, my mobile is fine, I didn’t update OS and app, device is good, power is good and network is good. But no notes are there. Pls help me asap
