Lost Access after Email Change

After changing my email address, I can’t log in to Simplenote on the web. I would appreciate it if you could help me.

I also can no longer log into the web app after changing my email. Could I get an assist? I was able to export all my notes on the phone app but can’t get into the web app at all. I can log into the mobile app with my new email address, but not on the web app. Thanks for any help!

I’m probably having the same problem.
I changed my email address.
When I tried to log in to change my email address, I was told that my password was not secure and that I should change it.
Buj I can’t receive the password change email because I changed my address.
I’m Japanese, so I’m sorry I’m not good at English.

I have had a look at our support history and I can see that we sent you an email on Friday, May 31st. If the email did not show up in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folders.
Please note that the email was sent to the email address you used for your WordPress.com account in this Forum.

Can you go to https://wordpress.com/me/account to see which email address you used for your account in this forum? All our emails were sent to that email address. -
I checked the email registered to my account.
That was definitely an address I could use, but I never received any support emails from you.
I received notification emails from WordPress properly, so I don’t think the address is incorrect.

I couldn’t find any Simplenote account associated with your email address. Perhaps you signed up with a different email address?
I have already changed my email address and can’t use my previous address (linked to my Simple Note account).
I remember the old address so I can let you know.
But it’s better not to write it here, right?
