iOS App (v4.55) Opens Blank and Keeps Loading — iPhone 13 mini, iOS 18.7.2

Hello, I’m having trouble using Simplenote on iOS.
Please help me check:
01 Account Information: The same account works fine on the web version (https://app.simplenote.com).
02 Device and Software: iPhone 13 mini, iOS 18.7.2, Simplenote iOS v4.55.
03 Problem Description: After opening the iOS app, the note list/content page is completely blank and keeps showing a loading indicator. The web version displays correctly, but the mobile app cannot load content.
Steps I’ve Tried (All Performed):
01 Pull-to-refresh (manual sync) several times, ineffective.
02. After switching networks (Wi-Fi ↔ Mobile Data) and disabling VPN/proxy/network filters, the page remains blank.
03. I confirmed that Simplenote’s “Background App Reorganization” and network permissions are enabled in iOS settings.
04. I force-closed and reopened the app several times.
05. I tested in different network environments (home Wi-Fi/Mobile Data).
06. I logged in/out multiple times (4-5 times that day), but the problem persists.
07. I have backed up my data (saving important unsynced content separately) to avoid data loss.
08. I have also checked my Passcode/Face ID settings (I can provide the current status if needed).
Desired Support:
01. Please help check if there are any known compatibility issues between iOS v4.55 and iOS 18.7.2 or server settings causing this behavior.
02. If you require more detailed diagnostic data (e.g., specific app error messages, Console Logs, or network request logs), please tell me how to collect and attach them (or if a one-click export method is available).
03. Please provide step-by-step instructions for suggested corrective steps (e.g., specific cache clearing, settings changes, or patching).
04. Note: I have confirmed the web-based data is complete. Therefore, if I need to uninstall and reinstall the app, I have already backed up my device’s contents and am ready to test it. However, I would appreciate advice before taking this action to avoid further issues.
