I can no longer access my notes after changing the email address of my account
-
Hi,
I have changed the email address of my account because the old one would become obsolete. Since then, it is impossible to connect or reset password with the new email adress and I no longer have acces to my notes on the former one. Is it still possible to get access to my account to retrieve my notes?
Many thanks in advance for your support!

Hi!
I am having the same issue. Please send me an email to resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you! -
Hey, @staff-therezzap, I have now the same issue (I guess).
I received a “Simplenote Email Changed” mail by Simplenote, but wasn’t able to log in to it. And password reset doesn’t send me a mail to the old address.
Please investigate and reach out to me to resolve this.
Merci!
