Can’t register new account

  I’m trying to create an account, but nothing is working. The “Sign Up” button isn’t working at all. I’ve tried a laptop, a desktop computer, an Android phone, an iPhone 15, and an iPhone 17. It’s the same issue everywhere. Developers—do something! The problem started on May 24–25.

  Hello Simplenote Support,

  I’m trying to create a Simplenote account, but I am not receiving the verification email required to complete the signup process. I have used several email accounts and checked all folders (including spam and junk), tried resending the email multiple times, and attempted signing up from both the app and the web version.

  Could you please help manually activate my account or assist me in completing the registration? Here is the email address I’m trying to use: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Same issue. I have changed emails and trying to create new account so I can move everything over. Sent email to support week ago and no response. Please help.
