Cannot delete my account

Hi there, I’ve tried in two browsers, but it says I need to contact you. My password is correct and I did receive a deletion link but it’s not working. I need to delete is for security reasons.

That error usually comes from a password mismatch on our side, and resetting your password through the website tends to clear it. Please reset your password using a desktop browser rather than the mobile app:

Once that’s done, log in on the website and try the deletion again. If you still see the same error after resetting on the web, please let us know here.
