All blank upon logging in – PLEASE HELP

  Hello – this issue has been ongoing for 2 weeks now.

  Whenever I try to login, it will only show an all blank page with the URL “https://app.simplenote.com/“

  I have tried clearing all browser history and cache and that did nothing. Does anyone else have experience with similar issues?

  Hi. What OS version and browser are you using? Have you tried turning off your ad blocker?

  Thanks for jumping in @johnswift37, that’s spot on. Ad blockers and browser extensions are a really common cause of a blank screen, so turning those off is a great place to start.

  To help narrow it down a bit further, @affable8a7878aee3 could you try loading app.simplenote.com in a private/incognito window? It’s also worth trying a completely different browser than your usual one.

  If Simplenote loads in either of those, we’ll know something in your main browser is getting in the way.

  Let us know how those tests go!
