Bio
Mary Kuckuck is the founder of Design Inspiration Enterprises, a desktop publishing, music publishing, computer and educational consulting firm, which has served clients in Central Florida for over 20 years.
Mary Kuckuck received her BA in Music Education from the University of Central Florida where she studied with renowned music educator, Dr. Mary Palmer. She is well-versed in all of the major music education methods including Suzuki, Kodaly, Off, and Dalcroze. As a vocal major, Mary is a gifted singer with an extensive vocal range. Her master’s studies at Rollins College have included vocal pedagogy with Dr. Edmond Leroy, and choral music with Dr. John Sinclair.
As a music educator, Mary Kuckuck has provided private and classroom instruction for students of all ages. She has taught at public, private, charter, and home schools throughout Central Florida where she has developed and implemented music curriculum, and written and directed musical performances from elementary to high school levels.
A talented conductor, Mary and has directed choral, band, recorder and handbell groups, initiating successful programs at several area schools. An avid arranger and composer, Mary provides much of the music her groups perform.
A much sought after technology consultant, Mary Kuckuck set up music computer labs at Valencia Community College and Rollins College. She continues to serve as a consultant and copyist for Rollins College and other area clients.
A devoted church musician, Mary Kuckuck has directed choral and handbell choirs, served as worship leader and on worship teams, and performed solo ministry at churches across the United States and Canada. Some of her concerts have included original compositions.
