[Windows] Enable Note Operations via Keyboard Shortcuts
-
The iOS version of Simplenote allows users to perform various note-related actions through Shortcuts, such as creating a new blank note, appending content to an existing note, or searching for notes with specific content. These features enable users to complete tasks without opening the Simplenote app interface.
I would love to see similar functionality implemented in the desktop version of Simplenote, allowing users to manage notes using keyboard shortcuts.
Ideally, pressing a specific shortcut (e.g., Ctrl+Shift+C) could instantly add the clipboard content to a new note or append it to a selected note. Additionally, if a user chooses to add clipboard content to a new note, the note title should be configurable in advance—it could be a fixed text or a variable, such as the current timestamp.
