[Windows] Add Multi-Select and Select-All for Notes

On iOS, I can long-press a note to enter multi-select mode, allowing me to delete multiple notes at once.
However, this feature is not available on the desktop version. As a result, when I want to delete several notes, the workload is more than three times what it is on my phone. I have to open each note individually, click “More,” then “Move to Trash,” and only then can I delete a single note. When I need to delete multiple notes, I have to repeat this process over and over.

@nianbroken Thanks for the suggestion. I agree that having a multi-select mode would be very helpful in this case. We’ll note this feature request. Thanks!
