Will there be a Simplenote 3.0?

  Simplenote 3.0? Or even a 2.5?

  I use this app every day and it serves my needs. But some more development and refinement needs to happen — a spellchecker for the Electron app at a minimum.

  Hi @andydobson. You may be able to enable spellchecking in your OS or keyboard app. That’s how it works on the mobile apps, so Simplenote doesn’t need to provide it.

  As far as I’ve been able to tell, there is not a system-wide spellchecker for Windows (which seems absurd), so no luck with the approach you suggested.

  If anybody knows differently, please let me know.

  While we cannot guarantee anything at this point in time, if we get more requests for certain features to be added, it will be considered in the future.
