Web version logs me out automatically after showing a blank account

  I recently changed my password on my simplenote account, and when I had to log in again, I experiences strange behavior. I put in the correct username and password, then the app.simplenote.com page loaded, but it showed no notes. After a second or two, I was kicked out of my account back to the login screen without touching anything. This happens whenever I try to login. This is with the web version on firefox 133.0.3, running on linux (with wayland if that matters).
  
  I am able to log in on my phone (android) just fine, although there were some issues. I really don’t want to log out of the site since it’s the only thing that has my notes currently (although I took a backup just to be safe).
