Urgent: Missing Password Note

  Could you please check if this note can be restored from your server backup or version history?
  Note title: “password” or “パスワード”

  Your help would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi @canveco,

  Lost notes can often be recovered from either the Trash or the history of an existing note.

  To check the Trash:

  1. Open a web browser and go to https://app.simplenote.com.
  2. Click the hamburger menu (☰) at the top left and select Trash.
  3. Look through the deleted notes — try restoring any that might be related, especially blank ones, as these may have older versions saved in their history.

  To check the history of a note:

  1. Open the note in Simplenote.
  2. Click the ellipsis (⋯) at the top.
  3. Select History… to view and restore earlier versions.
