Unable to receive password reset link email to mailbox, cannot access account

  Hello,
  I urgently need to do the below changes to my simplenote account:

  1)
  reset password (because I cannot login to the simplenote web access, stating
  “This password has appeared in a data breach, which puts your account at high risk of compromise. To protect your data, you’ll need to update your password before being able to log in again.  “

  I wanted to do so and reset my password.
  I tried with
  https://app.simplenote.com/reset/
  and
  https://app.simplenote.com/forgot/

  I can click on the button to send a password reset link, but I NEVER received an email. My mailbox is working, it can receive other mails without problems.
  I also checked SPAM folder an whitelisted mails from *@simplenote.com.
  Seems that your mail server refuses to send the mail.

  Can you please assist? I would lik to export all my notes from httlps://app.simplenote.com/

  Here is my account ‘ethereal-mirror [at] web.de’ (replace ‘[at]’ with ‘@’ .

  2)
  I need to change the email address of my existing account. But for this issue 1) needs to be fixed (see above).

  Upate:
  I was able to access all my notes data from my desktop client > export.
  
  I will delete my account and create a new one when needed.
