Unable to login on different device – No login code/password reset email

  Hi my mother is trying to login in her new phone, but the login code or pwd reset email is not landing in her email anywhere. We checked her spam, and other folders, nothing. Can you pls help? Her email id is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I am not seeing any account linked to that email address you shared. If you still have access to the old phone, can you verify what email address is being used there?

  The same account would need to be used on the new account.
