unable to access history

whenever I select history on any note I get a message “couldn’t retrieve history”.
This used to work. I can logged in to simple note. I am not using sync as I am only using it on the one device (android).
Is anyone else having this issue?

Sync is automatically enabled for all Simplenote accounts. If you haven’t done so, can you try if you can retrieve the history on the web app at https://app.simplenote.com?
However, sync is currently having issues because of a server issue, so I suspect your problem is related to that. Please bookmark this forum post for updates.
