Unable to access account

hi – I am unable to sign into my account, and when I request a new log in link sent to my email, nothing is sent. And yes I am sure there is an account associated with my email.

Hi. If you’re using the Simplenote app on the new phone, try deleting the app and its data, then reinstalling it.
Is this an Android phone or an iPhone?
Are you able to login to the web app, app.simplenote.com?
Have you recently changed your Simplenote password?

hi thanks for response. It’s an iPhone. I tried deleting and installing, and I can login now but all my notes are gone…

@danpbirnbaum it sounds like you may have ended up logging in to a different account. Could you try logging in to the Simplenote web app to see if the notes are present from there?
If you have any other email addresses that you might have used with Simplenote in the past, you may want to try logging in using those as well — it may be that you were using a different account previously and when you reinstalled the app, you ended up logging in to a different or new account.
