Transparent (white) notes

After recent updates notes list on my S24 frequently appear all white. The notes are still there if you touch them, but the screen is all white – it’s white text on white background. This is not the case for dark mode. App: Version 2.37. Device: Samsung Galaxy S24. Android 15. One UI version 7.0

Thanks for sharing this information about your experience when using Simplenote. Have you tried changing themes to see if there is a delay in the text color? I tried all 3 themes available, and am not able to reproduce the note title font also be white, when opting for the Light theme.

It’s not that it’s white text on white background. Because it’s not permanent. Sometimes all note titles are this way, sometimes only part of them. Half of the time this problem occurs, half of the time it’s normal. I’ve switched to dark theme (I had to, but I prefer light theme) and have not encountered this problem

@agazadenadir Thanks for the clarification.
Since the issue is intermittent, it can be tricky for us to reproduce on our side. If you happen to find a way to trigger it consistently, please let us know. Screenshots or a short screen recording when it happens would also be very helpful for investigating further.
In the meantime, sticking with dark theme is a reasonable workaround, but we understand that’s not ideal if you prefer light mode.
