Transfer notes from Simple Note to a new app, how to do this?

  Hi,

  How can I easily transfer my Simplenote notes to another app please? Sadly the cursor jumping bug means I’ll probably need to change to a new app.

  Hi @belwordpress. First, save a backup. You can do this in the web app (app.simplenote.com) if it’s not available otherwise. This will download a zip file of your “stuff”. If you unzip the backup, you’ll find a .json file containing everything, probably not useful. But you’ll also find a folder with .txt files of each individual note. How you proceed from there will depend on your new app.

  By the way, you could just switch to the web app and ignore the jumping cursor problem.
