System bar covering search back and forward

  Since the last update if I search for a word and go to a note I then can’t skip through the different occurrences of the word in the note as it’s behind the system bar. I can see it but I can’t interact. I’m on Samsung s22 one UI 7 android 15

  Hi. This was also reported here: https://forums.simplenote.com/forums/topic/search-bug-with-navigation-bar/#post-5654

  I can suggest a possible work-around. I don’t know about Android Simplenote, but on other platforms, the positions of the search results in a note are indicated by small blue bars along the right-hand side. It’s sort of like a scroll bar. Tapping on one of those takes you to that result.

  hi @johnswift37 thanks yes that’s how it works on web for me but on android app it only has the skip forward/backward buttons on a bottom bar which now sits behind the android system bar

  Thanks for looking at this. It’s actually a huge issue for me as I rely on being able to fund instances of things in very large notes.
