I see this from many users and it seems to me that the problem is not user-dependent in most cases.
How do I fix this?Report :
The resource (simperium.com) is connected,
but it is not responding to connection attempts.
The remote computer is not responding to connections on port 443,
possibly due to a
firewall or security policy setting,
or it is temporarily unavailable.
Windows could not detect a
firewall problem on your
computer. -
