Sync doesn’t work (Win, desktop app)

    Last notes can’t sync to the server. They are showing instant sync trobber.

    Server connection says “Simplenote is communication with the server”

    Developer concole says “app.b57bf8640a0b2049332e.js:102 WebSocket is already in CLOSING or CLOSED state”

    I can’t see recently added notes at the web app.

    I’m using windows desktop app (Win 11, app version 2.21.0). No VPN or adblockers.

    I had the similar issue before and logging out helped me. But it’s too complicated way – save notes somewhere, upload them later.

  • Hi, @evam5678! Can you please try connecting to a different network or even to mobile data? Then, please see if the issue doesn’t occur with that connection. This will help us narrow down the cause of your issue.
