Switching away from Simplenote

I have been an avid Simplenote user since 2015, however there is a serious issue with syncing that continues to go unresolved. I recently faced another instance of important notes disappearing because of bug between my Macbook and iphone switching causing files to be overwritten and disappear. I can no longer trust this platform with my information. I suggest this becomes a priority for Simplenote to ensure that this cannot happen again.

I’m curious about the incident. How long was the gap between switching devices? Did you give the app time to sync your notes before you closed the app? Were you able to locate any edits from the note history, or did they just disappear?
