Sustaining SimpleNote suggestions

  I’m a great fan of SimpleNote. Have used for years, and have even written to you previously about supporting this free app. But the only support options now available are too pricey, particularly given feature-rich free competitors available. I believe if, like Wikipedia, you had suggested amounts but also offered $5 or $10 per month options (or user’s choice) you would have many more supporters.

  I found this thread just after I posted my own thoughts on the message in the app about the subscription model. I agree with the post here. It’s been free a long while. The requesting of donations like Wikipedia would be appropriate since other free and feature rich platforms exist like Google Workspace and Evernote, Microsoft One Note for example.
