Some notes with incorrect “modified date” (gibberish)

    I have three notes which have incorrect modified dates. They are all old. These consistently place these notes at the top of my list even though they are very old.

    For example, Last synced 18 Sept 2023, 17:08 Modified 27 Mar 45126, 21:18 Created 25 Mar 45126, 05:46

    The year looks to me like it might be related to an Excel-type date number. I know that these are old (possibly 2016).

    I don’t want to delete them but it would be helpful if they went back to their proper place in the list. Or even just a long way down it.

    Does anyone recognise this issue? Or have a suggestion for a bit of editing outside the application?

    I’m tempted to export my data, edit it with a text editor and reimport it. Is that a potential simple solution?

    I can see how that could get annoying. I’d like to look into this a bit more. Can you let me know when the notes show like that the following information?

    • what devices you use Simplenote on
    • their operating systems and versions
    • the Simplenote versions on each
    • or the browser and version you use to access https://app.simplenote.com
