  Hi @davidsxtt. Spell checking is a feature of your system or keyboard app. Simplenote does not include a spell-checker. Please check the language and dictionary settings on your device.

  That’s correct, Simplenote itself does not maintain a spellcheck function and, instead, relies on the spellcheck function of your operating system. If you’re finding that there are words that are showing as misspelled, I would suggest looking into options for adding the word to the spellcheck dictionary on your system.
