Simplenote Mac App Word Count all shows 0

  When I login thru the webapp at app.simplenote.com, all the word counts show correctly. But everything on my Mac App just shows Word count of 0, despite character count being correct. I’ve tried closing and restarting the app, and also signing out and signing back in my account. It does not appear to be a sync issue. Any thoughts?

  Would you share what language you are writing in Simplenote?

  We haven’t gotten any other reports of such an issue and I also cannot seem to replicate it on my MacBook.

  Can you confirm if you are using the latest version of our Simplenote app?
  Additionally, could you consider reinstalling the app if you confirm the app is up to date?

  Restarting my computer appears to have fixed the issue!
