Simple note not sincing between iPhone 16 and MacBook Air 2024

  Hi. Try logging in to your account at app.simplenote.com in a browser. That accesses the Simplenote cloud server directly, so you can see what your devices have pushed to the cloud. Then you can tell whether the problem is uploading to cloud, or downloading to device, and which device has the problem.

  Also, try to access simperium.com in a browser on both devices. (You cannot login tnere; just see if the homepage loads.) That’s the actual cloud service Simplenote uses. If a device cannot reach simperium.com, it will not be able to sync.

  thanks so much! After I wrote my inquiry, I found an article and followed it. I used the browser login they mentioned and saw that the updated info was there, so then I just logged out of Simplenote on both Mac and iPhone , and logged back into both and that did the trick
