Simple nite deleted half my note how do i get it back it’s important

Im used SimpleNotes to take notes for my college classes. I googled it and it said that this notes app doesn’t have a text limit. I’m using it on my mobile to take. I typed down and then I realized that I can log in and have the same amount of this same note on both of my devices. So I logged in to the other mobile and that account was only showing half of the note. So I got back on my original device to check why it’s doing that and that note was still full on the other device. I was swiping up and down to check it and all of a sudden it removed half of my note without any warning or anything. And both my devices had half of the note instead of the full one that I typed down. And I tried looking in trash or stuff but I think logging in made the app do that. And it was a really, really important file. Is there any way to get it back? If not, then I will be really disappointed and will leave lots of negative reviews for this app and I’m never using it again. Thanks.

As you mentioned, lost content can usually be found either in the Trash or in the history of an existing note. Since you’ve already checked the history and found it wasn’t available, let’s focus on the Trash.
Please try the following steps using a web browser:
- Go to https://app.simplenote.com.
- Click the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) at the top left.
- Select “Trash”.
It’s worth restoring any notes you find in the Trash, even blank ones, as this will allow you to view their history. Please pay particular attention to any blank notes you see in the Trash, as the content you are looking for may be inside of them.
