  Is it possible to Share Notebook as Public URL/Guest Login/User with search ?

  At this time, sharing an entire notebook or collection of notes with search via a public URL or guest login isn’t something the team plans to prioritize. Our development team is currently focused on higher-priority projects, so it’s unlikely this feature will be added in the near future.
