Hi. Are you able to access simperium.com? Try entering simperium.com in a web browser. If you cannot access simperium.com, you will not be able to access your notes.

Are you using the Android app? We’ve seen similar reports from other users, and some have found the issue resolved after trying a few steps. Here’s what we suggest:
- Clear the app cache: Go to your device’s Settings > Apps > Simplenote > Storage > Clear Cache.
- Re-login: Log out of the app, then log back in.
- Check your network connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

I’ve been using Simplenote for a few years in my iPhone, Windows computer, and MacBook. I tried to log out and when I logged back in there were no notes in my account. That’s what frightened me. But the server keeps showing that’s not connected to the server, so I still have hope I’ll be able to retrieve my Information.

@ggobel and @loio2601 can you please once again try accessing simperium.com from a web browser and let us know if it’s still a problem?
