Server sync delay over an hour

I am a new user. I imported all my evernote notes as enex file
The server never syncs, hours go by. I understand you had issues 4/12 ago it is definitely a problem again

We’d like to investigate. Can you tell us a bit more about the sync troubles you’re having? It will help to know the following:
- what devices you use Simplenote on
- their operating systems and versions
- the Simplenote versions on each
- the browser and version you use to access https://app.simplenote.com
- do all devices have trouble syncing, or just some?
- does sync improve if you change how you’re connecting to the internet, like switching from mobile data to wifi?
