Server problem ??? … issue with TAGS

  using Firefox in Linux Mint v21.0
  – using Simple note on Firefox, and viewing in Android.
  
  ALL my tags are gone !!
  => looks like they’ve been replaced by every single word of a note I created before the holidays !
  
  important to say, that this has happened over the Xmas holiday time …
  => I’ve not looked at or worked on any of the articles.
  
  this is slightly worrying to say the least !!
  – think I’ll export all my notes as a back-up … and wait for a reply.

  To help us investigate this further, could you please clarify:

  • Where are the tags missing?
    • Are they missing from the tag list within the Simplenote app?
    • Are they missing from the notes themselves (i.e., the tags no longer appear associated with the notes)?
  • Did you perform any actions on the app or device (e.g., update the app, change devices) since you last saw those tags?
  • Could you please confirm the version of the Simplenote app you’re currently using on your Android device?
  • Are the tags missing on all devices where you use Simplenote? Or are they only missing on the Android device?

  The more information you can provide, the better we can understand the issue and assist you in resolving it.
