Restrict history or clear it?

  Is it possible to clear the note history for all of my notes for security/privacy? The history goes back to 2012 but I don’t need anything beyond a few months.

  Is it possible to clear the note history for all of my notes for security/privacy?

  Currently, there isn’t a way to clear the revision history of a note. The workaround solution will be to perform these steps on the web app:

  1. Create a new note
  2. Copy the note content to this new note
  3. Delete the existing note that has the revision history
  4. Go to Trash, select the deleted note, and click the “Delete Forever” button to delete it permanently.

  Please double-check the note you’re deleting, because it is impossible to restore the deleted note once you clicked the “Delete Forever” button.
