Reset password not being sent

  I am unable to reset my password since I am not receiving the Reset Password email. It is not in my spam folder and I have tried multiple times to reset. This is for (email visible only to moderators and staff) @staff-james @staff-fred @staff-zara @staff-reid @staff-joey8 can one of you help??
