Hello! I’m trying to reset my password (remember the email but can’t remember the password) and I see in the FAQ to go to “app.simplenote.com/forgot“, but it just redirects me to the app. Can someone help me out or send me a password reset link?

It sounds like you try to open the link on the same browser window where you’re still logged in.
Can you try opening the link https://app.simplenote.com/forgot/ in a different browser, or if in the same browser, using a private or incognito mode?
Also, since you’re still logged in, we also recommend you to export your note: https://simplenote.com/help/#export
This is just a precaution for data loss, in case you’re locked out from your account.
