UPDATE
I found my old password and it still works. Is it possible to rescind the reset password requests issued so far?
Same here. I forgot my password (but didn’t I log in with Google?) and when I asked for a reset I get the message on the lines of “if the account exists an email will be sent to the address” but nothing has arrived.
note: when I asked to reset the password I was looged in the simplenote app on one of my Android phones.
then I logged out (and now I no longer have access to my notes) and requested a new reset. Still nothing. My email is Gmail and no, no filters and nothing on spam. I still have the first two email after my first login years ago.
What happens?

I also meet same problem. can’t get reset mail and can’t login use wordpress account.. sad.

@copernicofelinis To clarify, have you managed to log in to your Simplenote account, both on the web app and on your Android app using your old password?
If you don’t need to reset your password again, then you can just ignore the request.
Let us know if you still need any assistance with password reset or signing in.

Can you please elaborate more on what happened when you tried that?
Have you also changed your Simplenote account email, by any chance?

@graciousclass962 We sent you an email on February 20th, 2024. We also just resent the same again.
If you didn’t get any of them, can you please let us know any alternative emails we can reach you? Writing your email here would be visible only for staffs. Thank you.

@staff-fred Thanks for acknowledging this. Odd enough I have not received any emails directly from Simplenote aside from the password reset and login links for this forum. This may explain why I am not receiving notifications about your responses :|

@graciousclass962 There’s a possibility the email wasn’t delivered from our system.
We just sent it again and cc’d the other email you provided. Can you please check and let us know if you don’t receive it?

Simplenote Support. -
Same problem here. I dont receive the reset password email. Not in trash bin, no filters. Can you help me?

@analiatrejo79 I’ve just sent a new password reset message your way. You should see it in your email inbox shortly, if it hasn’t arrived already.
I’d recommend making sure to also check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t end up there instead.
