Notes not Syncing

  Issue started: June 16, 2024 around noon Pacific time.

  Issue: In web app, the sync icon just keeps spinning on edited or new notes. Synced changes are not reflected in other web browsers, or in the ios App. Notes added or edited in the ios app are not reflected in the web app.

  Troubleshooting steps: tried editing and creating notes over wifi on computer in multiple browsers, over cellular in web app in Chrome ios browser, over cellular and wifi in ios app.

  Ok, so I think I wigged things out because I had simplenote open when my IP address changed (replaced modem and router today).

  So, I can sync between web app and ios app, after all. All my notes load in Edge, for example.

  My problem now is that I cleared the cache for simplenote in Firefox, and now when I log in, it is empty. Seems like something is still stuck in Firefox that is preventing syncing?

  Hi, @perfectword7! Have you cleared the cookies for Simplenote on Firefox too? If not, can you please try that out?
