Notes / modifications after Feb 3, 2024 gone!

My iOS app is working fine (I think), but when I went to see the same note on OSX, it won’t let me login, says “We’re having problems Please try again soon”. When I log into the web app at https://app.simplenote.com, I get a version dating back to Feb 3, 2024!
I use this app daily, and have for years (and would happily pay for it). How do I get syncing to work across my devices again? How do I login from my Mac again? Most importantly, how I make sure I don’t lose any data?

I tried a couple more times today. The website version finally seems up to date (and I grabbed a backup), but still can’t login from OSX. Same error message.

And the changes I made to the version on the web aren’t being reflected on the IOS version of the app (which otherwise seems up to date).
Are you having some generalized syncing issues?

Hi Tim @sanleandro can you please try accessing simperium.com from a web browser and let us know if you see a welcome page, or else?
We’ve received a few reports about sync issues, but some of these have already been resolved. So, we’d like to check with you if we need to continue troubleshooting this issue. Thank you.
