Notes list feels too big on OS X

The size, mainly height, of the notes in the left hand notes list feels slightly too big and ‘chunky’ on a Mac running OS X. If I press Zoom In once it looks better. It would be best if the default setting was correctly scaled.
Perhaps you could try running it on a Mac and check for yourself?

Are you using the native Simplenote app from the Mac App Store? Or the Electron-based version from GitHub? Or perhaps the web app?
Also, you mentioned zooming in improves the experience, did you mean zoom out? Or perhaps I’m misunderstanding what you mean?
