Notes disappeared, history of some notes changed

this morning, Monday July 13, 2025, my notes disappeared that I was updating on a daily basis for years. Those were my research and my life depends on them. Of If I could not retrieve them soon, my life is going to end. Also some of notes history has been changed. Notes that I created last year and was updating every month 2 or 3 times, now showing me only my most recent updates, all previous updates from history of some of my notes is gone. Hi. I’m not a dev, but I have some suggestions.
First, are you using the Simplenote app on your iPhone? And do you always have internet access when editing notes? This is important because Simplenote syncs with the Simplenote cloud server.
Second, try accessing the Simplenote web app, app.simplenote.com, in a browser. It accesses the cloud server directly, so you can see the status. Don’t change anything there, since it could corrupt the sync process.

yes, I have always used Simplenote app on my iPhone. Even after changing new iPhone, the app remained the same. iPhone is connected to internet 24/7 I tried going on the browser too, on the safari in my iPhone, my notes got disappeared from app.simplenote.com too.
I was so lost in my researches that I never realized that I should export them too. I just blindly kept adding and updating in my notes everyday. I am extremely stressed right now. This is my last 6 years of work that I can never get it back from anywhere. Please Help.
