there are some notes on my xiaomi and huawei device which has not been synced yet but they recieve updtes from other devices

Can you try logging in to the Simplenote web app from within a web browser at https://app.simplenote.com/?
Then, please check the notes from there to see if they are all correct and up to date.
If they are, you can log out and log back in to the Simplenote app on all your devices. When you log in again, all of the notes that are stored on the Simplenote service will be re-synced and that should resolve any syncing issues going forward.
If you aren’t seeing the correct notes in the web app or another Simplenote app, please let us know and we can continue troubleshooting from there. Please let us know:
- What devices you use Simplenote on
- Their operating systems and versions
- The Simplenote versions on each

Can you please let us know the exact Simplenote version on both devices?
Also, are you getting them from the Google Play Store?
Lastly, have you checked your Simplenote account on the web app https://app.simplenote.com/? Are you seeing all of your notes there?

my notes do not sync between ios and web. I think note is bot even saved locally, because if I log out from mobile app and login back, I can see the note title with no body.
the note is a long one created by pasting text directly. Was trying the app as an alternative to Evernote but it seems it is not safe in terms of backup.

i tested with a short note and it gets synched. So there is a bug that prevents sync of long notes. My noyes are generally long and I cannot use the app until bug is fixed.

Hi. I’ve used Simplenote on iOS for many years, and never had a problem with synching. My largest note is 40K characters. Could you try creating a large note and check the size, (i) icon upper right?
From what you describe, I wonder if there is some glitch if the last operation on a note was a paste. You might try typing a couple of characters following the paste, and see if that makes a difference.

hello, it is 407.244 characyers. Can you please create a note by pasting your large note 10 times and see what happens. You should be hit by this bug.

I tried to keep writing manually after paste but issue is still there, so it must be an issue with note size limit. Maybe developers added one which is big but not enough big to be considered unlimited.

I see. Not sure I want to try that. Seems a little huge for a “note”. I’ve had editing glitches around the 35K range, possibly due to small device memory. I break large notes into sections, with “Part 01”, “Part 02”, etc. added to the title, so they sort in order.
Have you considered a word processor like Pages? You can make it save documents to any cloud account; doesn’t have to be iCloud. I use Box, and it works smoothly.
