Note missing, not in deleted files or under another name

  Hi Simplenote team,
  
  I’ve been a user for over 5 years now and have had no errors with the application before – until today.
  
  I’m a songwriter and keep lyrics I send to other artists in the app for drafting. I was working on a note between the hours of approximately 12:45am-2:00am on January 5th. Usually I log the note in my completed lyrics document before sending them to clients, but the one I worked on is COMPLETELY MISSING. I checked on all my devices to see if it disappeared at some point, but it is gone. Nowhere to be found under deleted notes as well. Any help that can be offered quickly would be a massive help as I urgently need to send it to a new client by the end of the week, and would like to avoid having to re-write the entire project all over again. Greatly appreciate your support in a timely manner.
