Note missing, not in deleted files or under another name

Hi Simplenote team,
I’ve been a user for over 5 years now and have had no errors with the application before – until today.
I’m a songwriter and keep lyrics I send to other artists in the app for drafting. I was working on a note between the hours of approximately 12:45am-2:00am on January 5th. Usually I log the note in my completed lyrics document before sending them to clients, but the one I worked on is COMPLETELY MISSING. I checked on all my devices to see if it disappeared at some point, but it is gone. Nowhere to be found under deleted notes as well. Any help that can be offered quickly would be a massive help as I urgently need to send it to a new client by the end of the week, and would like to avoid having to re-write the entire project all over again. Greatly appreciate your support in a timely manner. -
Try logging in to the Simplenote web app at https://app.simplenote.com/ and see if the note appears there.
Lost notes can also be found in the history of an existing note. It’s worth restoring some notes from the Trash also, so you can view their history by clicking the Restore Note button. Pay particular attention to any blank notes you can see.
To search the history, open a note and click the ellipsis icon (⋯) at the top, then select History…
