Not receiving emails from simplenote

I’m using Outlook ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) as my email client, but emails from Simplenote are not appearing in my inbox or junk mail folder. What could be causing this issue, and how can I resolve it?

Hi. If you’re just having trouble logging in, try clicking on “login manually”, which will let you just use your password.

Yes. That is what I’m doing (login manually with password). But I’m surprised that the emails from simplenote are not coming into my inbox.

Good. Do you receive your email direct from a provider like gmail, apple, etc.? If the route is more complicated, there’s a possibility that the servers are silently rejecting the messages for security reasons (DMARC specifically).
