Not receiving email for verification

Hello! I have got a new computer set up and am trying to login to my account on it. It keeps sending an email to verify my account, but I haven’t received any email. How can this be fixed?

@janellefred I see the Simplenote account under your email address used for the account in this Forum is verified.
If you still have a problem logging in, can you please let us know? If you’re using a different email address, please also let us know so we can reach you directly on your email.

@kontakte6812b6ae7 Do you have the same email address for your Simplenote account as the one you’ve used for this Forum? If that’s the case, I can confirm that it’s already verified.
Are you still experiencing difficulties when trying to log into your account? Have you given a shot at logging in through the web app https://app.simplenote.com/login/?

I’m having the same problem… Using Simplenote on an old laptop I haven’t used for a while. I get a popup message saying I need to verify my email. Email doesn’t arrive.

I have the same problem. I never received a email. I try the forgot password link but my account doesn’t exist.
I connect the forum with the same.email
