No email after resetting my password.

    First, I received the notification that I needed to confirm my email address everytime I started the app but that never worked. I have never received any mail. No I have a difficulty with my phone that does not allow me to open the app (which is not the fault of the simplenote but with my phone). Once I tried to access my account via tablet and the computer (windows) it gave me the same notification and also it gave me another notification telling me I needed to reset my password.

    I clicked on reset and now an email is supposed to be sent to my email address but nothing happens either. Now I cannot log in to my account.

    The email address is: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Please help me.

    Hi Dennis,

    I’ve taken a look at your account and did see an issue where emails weren’t being sent to you. I’ve resolved that now so you should receive emails properly.

    If you can try to reset your password again you should be all set now.

    If for some reason that doesn’t work please just let me know.
