New notes are not syncing to mac desktop devices

  (This is similar to https://forums.simplenote.com/forums/topic/synchronization-upload-halted-1575/)
  
  1) Created a new note mac desktop app: device A
  2) Web app (app.simplenote) and iOS app correctly contains all notes
  3) Mac desktop app: device B is missing new notes. (And vice versa.) NOTE: contents of existing notes are syncing with no issues

  The workaround was to edit the new note on the mobile device – this causes the desktop app to sync the new note accordingly.

  Hi. Did you initialize your second Mac computer from a backup of the first one?
