Missing note

  I had a note disappear without a trace. It doesn’t show up in my Trash folder or anywhere else (on any of my devices). It wasn’t edited in a way that it got renamed, either. I need help recovering this note!

  Sorry to hear about the data loss event. When was the last time you edited the note? The Simplenote server experienced performance issues, and sync wasn’t working correctly starting around August 6. The situation has improved, and our team is still monitoring the services.

  I understand you had checked the Trash folder, but please also try restoring some of the blank notes in the Trash folder and check the note history. More details here: https://simplenote.com/help/#lost
